Stay in one of the shared bedrooms in this beautiful 19th century Portuguese Quinta on 27 hectares surrounded by lemon, fig and olive trees. About an hour from Lisbon and very near a medieval town, this inspiring property will help us dive deeply into the master methods collected from the works of Bahr, Strittmatter, Wirz and Reininger.

Staying here puts you directly on the grounds of the Level 3 Retreat, so you can easily join in every aspect of the retreat — enjoy immediate proximity to training spaces, ability to take breaks in the comfort of your private space, ongoing conversations with instructors and fellow attendees, as well as meals provided.

Please note: The retreat property will have some helpful common-sense guidelines that we will share, and ask everyone to follow, for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Getting There

The Food

A mere 30 minute walk from the property is a small market farm using regenerative farming. The fine folks at Hortas da Raihna will come to us to cater a main afternoon meal each day of the Retreat and providing much of the food for breakfast, snacks and a light evening meal.

The 7 Centers Release Retreat

The best way to prepare for a Level 3 Retreat is to attend a meditation retreat for 4 days beforehand! May 20 - 24 (Monday through Friday).

Mindfulness author and instructor, Alice Patterson, along with her partner, Dave Maybee, will guide you through the chakra centers as you are gifted time and space to sit with each one. The goal of this retreat is to connect to your ancient energy centers and release what is blocking you from stepping into your power as an energy being on Earth. We will be bringing in a mix of mindfulness, moving and non-moving meditation in groups and solo.
